As contrary to most policies out there, we do believe that most reasons why a traveler cancels a booking is out of their control.

Things happen in life and most plans at times need an adjustment in time or place, so we don’t charge a cancellation fee and with that no need for sending a deposit and/ or return of this deposit with all the trouble and bank charges with it.

(A few exceptions do apply; pickups of 3 hours or over, driving to come and get you will need a deposit.)

Is Belize Shuttle by William motto, with that for us trying to make your vacation as smooth as possible without all the hassle that normally goes with securing a booking for hotel or transfer.

We do hope that this may be an old-style way that gives you the trust and confidence in us that we will provide the service that you expect and heard about.
