Transportation can be arranged round trip or one between Districts, Towns, and Villages to Hotels, Resort and Airbnb. Please Note: If you do not follow our complaint procedure, we CAN NOT accept responsibility for your complaint, as we would have been deprived of the opportunity to investigate the matter on your behalf, and where possible, help you to resolve the problem. Applicable Law Any dispute between us and these Reservations conditions are to be governed by and construed in accordance with Belize law. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Belize City, Belize. Effective Date The effective date of this policy is January 1st. 2017 and it replaces all prior privacy policies issued by Belize Shuttle by William. We reserve the right to change our policy at any time. Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is materialized, we will try to provide at least 30 day’s notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
